The severe winter is approaching, and the temperature across the country will drop. The equipment needs to be kept warm and antifreeze should be added to prevent freezing to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
The specific instructions are as follows:
The working environment temperature of the laser should be controlled at around 25℃. The official water-cooling machine antifreeze of IPG Laser source is the American Clariant brand. It is strictly forbidden to use other antifreeze instead.
If the laser cutting machine or laser welding machine is not used for a long time, as long as the cooling water passes through the place, especially the cooling water in the laser cavity and pipeline, it must be thoroughly drained.
It is recommended that the laser cutting machine in use be turned on 24 hours a day to ensure the internal circulation of the cooling water.
If the customer does not strictly follow the above instructions, the equipment damage caused will be borne by the customer. Please pay attention to it.
Note: The role of antifreeze is to assist in antifreeze, and it cannot heat and keep warm. Areas with too low temperatures need to pay attention to the protection of equipment to avoid unnecessary losses.
